Our custom patches allow you to take your pet’s portrait and apply it to your favorite denim jacket, backpack, or gear. These are not your average mass-produced patches; each one is a bespoke piece of art, meticulously stitched to capture your pet’s likeness in a classic, high-contrast style.

How To Order:

1. Prepare Your Photo: Choose a clear photo. Remember, our artists will translate this into a Black and White embroidered design.

2. The Setup Fee: If this is your first time ordering this specific pet portrait, please add the [Pet Embroidery Setup Fee] to your cart.

3. Submit Your Photo: Email your high-resolution image to mypetembroidery@gmail.com with your order number.

⚖️ Terms & Conditions

1. Three-Revision Limit: Your setup fee includes up to three (3) rounds of minor digital revisions (e.g., color adjustments or small detail tweaks). Significant changes, such as swapping for a completely different photo, will require a new setup fee.

2. One Pet Per Fee: This setup fee covers the digitizing of one (1) pet portrait. For multiple pets in a single design, please increase the quantity or contact us for a bundle quote.

3. Non-Refundable Service: Because this fee covers the labor-intensive hours required to create your custom stitch file, it is non-refundable once the first digital proof has been sent.

4. Image Submission: To begin the process, please email your high-resolution image in JPEG, PDF, or PNG format to mypetembroidery@gmail.com. Please include your Order Number in the subject line.

5. Future Orders: We keep your custom digitized file on record! For any future orders using this exact same artwork, you do not need to pay this setup fee again. Simply reference your original Order Number at checkout.

6. All Sales Are Final: Due to the personalized nature of custom embroidery, all sales are final. Once you have approved your digital proof, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

7. Timeline: Our custom process—from digitizing to stitching and shipping—takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks end-to-end for you to receive your product by mail.
