Before our machines can stitch your pet’s portrait, your photo must undergo a specialized process called Digitizing. This isn't just a filter; it is the manual process of "mapping" every single stitch, direction, and thread to ensure your pet’s unique features are captured perfectly.

What’s included in this fee:

• Professional Digitizing: We convert your pet’s photo into a high-quality embroidery file.

• Machine Programming: We calibrate our industrial sewing machines specifically for your design.

• Quality Test Run: We stitch a physical sample of your design on scrap fabric to ensure the tension, density, and colors are perfect before touching your actual garment.

• Digital Proofing: You will receive a digital mockup of the design for your approval.

⚖️ Terms & Conditions

To ensure you are happy with the final result, please review our setup policies:

1. Three-Revision Limit: Your setup fee includes up to three (3) rounds of minor digital revisions (e.g., color adjustments or small detail tweaks). Significant changes, such as swapping for a completely different photo, will require a new setup fee.

2. One Pet Per Fee: This setup fee covers the digitizing of one (1) pet portrait. For multiple pets in a single design, please increase the quantity or contact us for a bundle quote.

3. Non-Refundable Service: Because this fee covers the labor-intensive hours required to create your custom stitch file, it is non-refundable once the first digital proof has been sent.

4. Image Submission: To begin the process, please email your high-resolution image in JPEG, PDF, or PNG format to mypetembroidery@gmail.com. Please include your Order Number in the subject line to ensure your design is processed as quickly as possible.

5. Future Orders: We keep your custom digitized file on record! For any future orders using this exact same artwork, you do not need to pay this setup fee again. Simply reference your original Order Number at checkout, and we will pull your file from our archives.
